AGENCY COMMISSION: 15% of gross billings to recognized
agencies on space, color, cover, and preferred position charges.
CASH DISCOUNT: Net 30 days. No cash discount.

EARNED RATES:
Earned rates are given to advertisers based on advertising frequency in NEUROLOGY MEETING PREVIEW, ONCOLOGY MEETING PREVIEW AND DIVERSION within a 12-month period. The earned rate is determined by the number of insertions. A spread counts as two insertions. Full pages and fractional pages count as single insertions. Each page of an insert counts as one insertion. Free ad pages earned with Continuity Discount programs in DIVERSION count for frequency.

Carriers delivering supplied inserts should call to schedule an appointment at least 48 hours prior to expected arrival. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
